Against All Odds (1984)
The first time I saw this movie was a long time ago. It was on VHS system. I really liked the movie at the time.
From the director of “An Officer and A Gentleman”, Taylor Hackford, this movie is a remake of Out of the Past.
Jessie Wyler (Rachel Ward) was a beautiful fugitive. Fleeing from corruption. From power. Terry Brogan (Jeff Bridges) was a professional athlete past his prime. Jake Wise (James Woods) hiired him to find her, he grew to love her. Love turned to obsession. Obsession turned to murder. And now the price of freedom might be nothing less than their lives.
The movie includes extensive footage of the Mayan city Chichen Itza as well as Tulum.
