last hope of mankind … is a super powerful weapon!
Robert Rodriguez, co-director of “SIN CITY”, now brings us “Planet Terror”, a retro-futuristic vision of horror, airy, stripped and aged to perfection.
In “Planet Terror”, the couple of doctors William and Dakota Block (Marley Shelton and Josh Brolin) learn that the city is flooded with people infected with gangrene and wounds a suspect empty look in their eyes.
Among the wounded is Cherry (Rose McGowan), a dancer in strip-tease whose leg was torn from the body during a roadside attack. Wray (Freddy Rodriguez), his ex-boyfriend, is on your side, to protect it.
Cherry may be the tracks, but have not danced for the last time. While the disabled are becoming increasingly angry aggressors, Cherry and Wray lead a group of accidental warriors into the night, pushing them to a destination that will leave millions infected, countless dead and a small group of lucky to find the last safe place in PLANET TERROR.
A movie completely insane, full of action and terror at the highest level and above all fun, highly recommended for lovers of terror.
